科研简介:

现任职于福州老员工物科学与工程学院,主要研究方向涉及益生菌对肠道微生物功能的调节作用及肠道菌群与功能食品相关研究不同乳酸菌对农产品加工/发酵过程微生物组成及代谢通路的调控作用、微生物组学、代谢组学和转录组学研究活性成分对肠道微生物的影响等方面。目前已参与发表学术论文50余篇,其中以第一(通讯)作者在Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Food Chemistry和Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,文总被引近1600次,h因子25。参与国家发明专利申请4项,已获授权3项。

社会兼职:

担任Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Research International、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Free Radical Biology and Medicine、International Journal of Food Microbiology、Food & Function等10余本SCI期刊的同行评审。
