科研简介

作为参与作者在European Heart JournalSignal Transduction And Targeted TherapyNeuronAdvanced Science等期刊发表论文10篇,并参与撰写专著HDL Metabolism and Diseases。主要研究方向为:1.心脑血管疾病机制解析与治疗策略探索;2.结合新型材料与技术开展转化医学研究。

聚焦心脑血管疾病的关键病理机制与创新治疗策略,通过多尺度解析(分子-细胞-器官-系统)与多模态技术融合(单细胞测序、多组学分析、药物库筛选、光动力治疗等),深入探索血管内皮稳态失衡、血栓动态演化及神经-免疫代谢网络跨器官调控的核心规律,构建从基础发现到临床转化的全链条研究体系,致力于突破主动脉瘤、动脉粥样硬化及脑卒中等重大疾病的诊疗瓶颈,研究成果旨在应用于个体化筛查及预防方案,降低心脑血管事件发病率并改善患者预后。
